Specification:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or pursuing MBA in HR specialization.
    2. Willing to pursue a career in HR.
  2. Should be outspoken, flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy.
  3. Should possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
  4. Should be proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint etc)
  5. Should have smart, pleasant personality and good attitude.
  6. Should be able to work on deadlines and bring result on time.
  7. Should be a quick learner, zeal to excel with learning attitude

Job Description

  1. Assist in day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  2. Assist in various recruitment process and preparing up to date report.
  3. Documentation and report writing and submit in standard format to the concern authority.
  4. Research about various HR trends, practices and recommend best ideas for implementation.
  5. Perform any other duties as assigned by concerned authorit

Note:

  1. Remuneration shall not be the issue for deserving candidates
  2. Remuneration shall be based upon individual working experience and knowledge
