1. Position: Department Head / Province Head

  • Level: Managerial / Officer Level
  • Number of Vacancies: Few
  • Qualification:
    - Managerial Level: Master’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of Officer level work experience in the head office of bank or financial instruction or CA with minimum 3 years of work experience
    - Officer Level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of Officer level work experience in the head office of bank or financial instruction or Semi Qualified CA with minimum 4 years of work experience.

2. Position: IT Department Head

  • Number of Vacancies: 1
  • Qualification: Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent with minimum 5 years of work experience an IT Department head of a bank or financial institution.

3. Position: Law Department head

  • Number of Vacancies: 1
  • Qualification: Bachelors degree in Law or equivalent with minimum 2 years of work experience in law Department of a bank or financial institution.

4. Position:Monitoring Officer

  • Qualification:Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of work experience in Branch Manager.

    - Supervisor / Senior Assistant: 10+2 (Intermediate) with minimum 3 years of work experience in microfinance financial institution - Assistant: 10+2 (Intermediate) with minimum 2 years of work experience in microfinance financial institution.
    - Junior Assistant: SEE or equivalent with minimum 1 year of work experience in microfinance financial institution.
    - Trainee Assistant: SEE or equivalent.

Age Limit:

Managerial Position

  1. Male:Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 45 yrs.
  2. Female: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 50 yrs.

Officer Position

  1. Male:Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 40 yrs.
  2. Female: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 45 yrs.

Assistant Position

  1. Male:Should have completed 18 yrs and should not exceed 35 yrs.
  2. Female: Should have completed 18 yrs and should not exceed 40 yrs.
  3. There is no age limit for employees working in financial institutions.
